The Folk Hall consists of the following rooms - hire charges per session are shown for each room.
Large Hall (capacity 250 as an audience, or 180 for a dance or similar) £130

* Coffee Lounge Annexe can only be hired when the coffee bar is closed.

The larger rooms both have audio equipment, including a Loop System for the hard of hearing. Photocopying facilities are available, and we hire out various conference aids.
New Earswick Community Association does all of the catering at the Folk Hall. Menus vary from light finger buffets to four course meals. We can cater for most tastes and diets, including vegetarian and vegan. Click here for sample menus.
There is a large car park behind the Hall, with access for disabled people.
